Threaded fittings according to UNI EN 10242 (design symbol A).
Subjected to decarburization heat treatment at 1060 °C.
Material according to UNI EN 1562 (EN-GJMW-400-05):
Pressure-tight threads according to UNI EN 10226-1 type R-Rp.
Tightening threads (lock nuts, counter nuts and related joints) according to UNI EN ISO 228-1.
Threads: sealing elements required (UNE-EN 751-1, 2 or 3 depending on the fluid).
Unit seal... (7 bar). As prescribed by the aforementioned standard, the fittings are suitable for conveying liquids, air, gas, water, fuel gas, hydrocarbons, etc., within the pressure and temperature limits.
Operating temperature: from -20 °C to +300 °C.
Suitable for conveying fluids within the following P-T limits:
from -20 to 120 °C: 25 bar (2.5 MPa)
from 120 to 300 °C: 25 to 20 bar (2.0 MPa)
300 °C: 20 bar (2.0 MPa).
Non-explosive gases (from DN 10 to DN 100): from 0 to 85 °C *: 25 bar (2.5 MPa).
Combustible and explosive gases (DN 10 to DN 50): max. 5 bar (0.5 MPa) or according to legal requirements.
