Suitable for simple, reliable, and fast repair of steel pipes. They do not require any type of threading and are slip-on. These fittings use a conical cut olive and are supplied with a brass washer and a nitrile rubber (NBR) O-ring. They are therefore suitable for use with hot and cold water for civil use, natural gas, LPG, diesel, kerosene, alcohols, glycols, and vegetable or animal fats. They are not suitable for use with strong acids and bases, aldehydes, ketones, amines, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, brake fluids, halogenated solvents, steam, and ozone. Max operating temperature: 100°C. Min operating temperature: -25°C. Max operating pressure: 20 bar. Threads: UNI ISO 228.
